Most of our clients that call about internet access and/or email issues have found that most cases are due to their Internet Service Provider (ISP) or their email host provider’s servers not operating at the time of disconnect. Please ensure that you’ve checked with your ISP or email host provider to verify any connectivity issues prior to calling us. Otherwise, if you still need us, we will find a solution to restore your service.
