Terms of Service
Home Users
Must have data backed up prior to service as we are not responsible for any lost data during or after services are completed. Virus removals are not warranted unless the exact named virus does re-appear within 30 days of completed services. Any person receiving and paying for service must be at least 18 years of age. Cancelations with less than 1 hour notice and customer no-show will result in a 1-hour minimum charge and will be mailed out to the client.
Business Users
Must have data backed up prior to service as we are not responsible for any lost data during or after services are completed. Virus removals are not warranted unless the exact named virus does re-appear within 30 days of completed services. If accounting offices handle a scheduled accounts payable run, this needs to be arranged prior to service. Otherwise, payment is due upon service completion or extended invoicing fees of $25 per instance will apply. Access to computer to be serviced must be given within 15 minutes of technician arrival or an additional 30 minutes will be added. Access to user logins must either be accompanied by the user or written down for the technician.
