Onsite Support Options
Our Onsite Support options are flexible and easy to schedule. When you contact us or submit a request online for support, one of our experienced and reliable technicians will arrange an onsite appointment window that is convenient for both you and the tech themselves. We usually will give a 1 hour window for arrival time for the appointment itself. In some cases it may be a 2 hour window. But, this arrival window allows you to plan other things in your day without having to wait 4-8 hours like most service providers commit to.
NOTE: We have a policy of a $40.00 no-show or cancelation less than 24 hours of a scheduled onsite service request. If you know in advance that you will not be available, your cancelation request must be received on our voicemail by calling 877-577-2848, option 2 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. No other means of contact will be accepted for cancelation requests.

Notes For One-Time Fees Charged…
*All pre-paid one-time service fees are subject to adjusted billing after services are performed based on labor rates and the 15 minute incremental times posted until the end of the service event. Any adjustments will be pre-determined and client is to be notified of the new amount billed. We reserve the right to bill the same credit/debit card used to order the services. If an onsite service request is canceled by the client with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the order will be refunded to the same credit/debit card used to order the services. However, if we need to reschedule the services due to backlog of service requests or something beyond our control, we will provide a 25% off billable labor or refund 25% of the final billable charges to the client.
